Paying My Way - Letter Campaign

One of the ways I started making money for the trip was by donations.  Many friends and family helped the cause of me getting to go on this trip.  My mom and I thought that if we sent letters to friends and family about the trip, they could donate.  It turns out that the idea worked and many friends and family were excited and wanted to see pictures when I got back.  I got many donations in the 2 months, but the donations keep rolling in.  Thank you!

Paying My Way -- Video Contest

Video Contest

P2P offered a one-minute video contest called I AM.  I entered it hoping to win $500 for my trip.  As we made the video, I got more and more confident that I was going to win.  But when the results came in, it turns out, I didn't win.  A kid in New England won with a rapping video which was really cool.  P2P made the right decision and I am ready for the next contest.
